We painted leaves last year. I did not think to Mod Podge them. Even so, when the leaves were completely dried the paint peeled off keeping it's leaf form. They made very interesting window clings!

Mod Podge is a non-toxic all-in-one glue, sealer, and finish. Its available at most craft stores and big box stores, in the US anyways.

http://www.amazon.com/Podge-CS11302-Original-16-Ounce-Finish/dp/B001IKES5O

I remember the first time I "let" a child in my classroom paint on a leaf - she was so thrilled! But, preserving them?! What a great idea, Lisette! I cannot wait to try this with my little girl. Your ideas are so awesome :-)
